CORROSION RESISTANCE

All exterior fasteners are subject to corrosion depending on installation and environmental factors. Where there are any particular concerns, Starborn's companion stainless steel Cap-Tor product, Headcote Cap-Tor should be used. PRE-DRILLING

Cap-Tor screws do not require any pre-drilling.

HEAD COATING

The coating used for Headcote stainless steel deck screws has been specially formulated for durability.

Like all coatings in outdoor and flooring applications, it is subject to wear and tear based on exposure to the elements and foot traffic.
